I rented a car for 1 week from Down West Car rental. I booked through their website a month before coming to Antigua. Communication was super easy. I sent my driving license picture via email and they prepared my local driving permit. On arrival an agent was waiting for me at the airport. After a quick check I signed the contract and I was handed over the car keys. The car was clean and with full tank. No problem throughout my stay. I can recommend it.
